1. Beatport Credentials Privacy (Crucial)

Your Beatport credentials (username, password, and session access tokens) are **never** transmitted to, processed by, or stored on our servers.

All interactions with Beatport streaming services occur entirely inside the local instance of your desktop app. The desktop app stores your Beatport credentials locally in an encrypted file in your user system directory to enable persistent logins, entirely under your control.

2. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to operate the web licensing manager:

• Account Info: Your email address and hashed password when you sign up.
• Subscription Details: Current subscription plan (Free, Pro, Premium) and active Stripe billing information to enforce plan quotas.
• Usage Metrics: The number of successful downloads completed during the billing cycle to calculate remaining quota. We do not store log records of the specific track titles or artists you download.

3. Cookies and Session Management

We use secure, functional cookies to keep you signed in to your web account dashboard. These cookies are powered by our authentication infrastructure (Supabase Auth) and do not track your behavior across other web properties.

4. Third-Party Integrations

We integrate with Stripe for payment processing. Stripe collects and handles payment information in accordance with their own Privacy Policy. We do not access or store your raw credit card numbers or payment details on our servers.

5. Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your web account at any time. You can trigger an automatic deletion of all your stored database records (email, metadata, and subscriptions) directly from your **Settings** page in the web dashboard.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the date at the top.
