Download your Beatport tracks, crates, and playlists directly with embedded metadata for Pioneer CDJ-3000, CDJ-2000NXS2, and XDJ USB drives. No missing artwork, no read errors.
Format your drive correctly to ensure 100% reliability in the club booth.
Compatible with every Pioneer CDJ and all-in-one system ever made (CDJ-3000, 2000NXS2, 900NXS, XDJ-RX3, OPUS-QUAD). Always format with Master Boot Record (MBR), not GUID (GPT).
Supported natively on Pioneer CDJ-3000, OPUS-QUAD, and AlphaTheta OMNIS-DUO. Does not have the 4GB single-file limit. Note: Will show "FORMAT ERROR" on older CDJ-2000s.
Windows NTFS and macOS APFS/HFS encrypted formats are completely unreadable by Pioneer hardware. Your USB will not be recognized when plugged into the mixer or CDJ link.
Need to play emergency tracks from a flash drive without analyzing them in Rekordbox first? BeatPort-DL names and tags files with strict Artist - Title (Mix Name).flac standards.
Yes. The Pioneer CDJ-3000, CDJ-2000NXS2, XDJ-XZ, and XDJ-RX3 natively play 16-bit and 24-bit 44.1kHz / 48kHz FLAC and ALAC lossless files from USB. Older players like the original CDJ-2000 play AAC (256kbps) and MP3.
Slow read speeds and bad partition tables are the #1 cause of CDJ lag. Use USB 3.2 Gen 1/2 drives with at least 150MB/s read speed (like SanDisk Extreme PRO or Corsair GTX), formatted as FAT32 with MBR.
Import your downloaded tracks or extracted ZIP crate into Rekordbox, set your hot cues, then open Rekordbox Sync Manager and select your playlists to export to your USB drive. See our Rekordbox Guide.
